Step 1

Complete an online application. If you are also requesting financial aid, skip this step and go directly to Clarity (our financial aid system) to apply to POA and financial aid in one step.

Pacific Oaks Admissions reaches out to schedule a Family Interview and campus visit.

Step 3

Pacific Oaks corresponds with acceptance or declination. 

Step 4

POA admissions will contact you with an official enrollment form.

At Pacific Oaks Academy, we are dedicated to launching a school that meets the highest standards of educational excellence. If, for any reason, we are unable to open our doors as planned in the fall of 2025, we will fully reimburse all paid application fees and any prepaid tuition. We are committed to ensuring transparency throughout this process.


Currently all application fees are waived for all founding families.
